Optional White Water Rafting or Badu Volcano |

- Breakfast - Lunch - Dinner
- Rafting Tour to the River Chiriqui. This River rafting includes Class III or IV sections of the Rio Chiriqui
- Note: If road conditions are poor, another nature-oriented excursion will be substituted.

Day 3
Finca Lerida - Cerro Punta |

- Tour to Finca Lerida, located just outside Baru Volcano National Park.
- Picnic lunch in the cloud forest.
- Visit to the private flower garden.
- Drive to the western side of the volcano to the town of Cerro Punta
- Breakfast - Lunch - Dinner at Hotel Los Quetzales

La Amistad International Biosphere Reserve |

- In the morning, hike and explore La Amistad in the area of Los Quetzales trails.
- In the Afternoon, Transfer David - Panama City - Hotel
